As you step inside, you will be welcomed by a space that combines comfort and elegance, perfectly designed to host 7 guests, 6 guests with comfortable beds and an additional 7th guest on a cozy sofa bed.
The villa offers two living rooms, each featuring their own dining area, alongside a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. With three inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone to enjoy their stay.

On the ground floor, the main living area offers warmth and comfort, featuring a spacious layout that offers relaxation. Settle into the comfortable corner sofa, and enjoy the expansive views through large windows, highlighting the sparkling pool, the deep blue sea, and the enchanting silhouette of Spinalonga Island.
Step out onto the ground floor terrace, where comfortable outdoor seating invites you to dine under the stars or simply soak in the mesmerizing views. 

The master bedroom, slightly elevated from the ground floor, features a double bed (160X200) for a restful night’s sleep. Let the gentle sea breeze flow in through the balcony door, while the bathroom, complete with a bathtub, offers moments of pure relaxation.
The second bedroom, located on a lower level, offers tranquility and comfort with a sumptuous  double bed  (150X200cm). Wake up to the soft morning light filtering through the window, with a glimpse of the shimmering sea beyond. The bathroom, with its refreshing shower cabin, enhances your stay with comfort and convenience.
The third bedroom, located just a few steps down) can be tailored to your preferences with a double bed. that converts into twin beds 90X.180 cm, or, 2 single beds 90X200 cm. A  bathroom featuring a refreshing shower completes this serene sanctuary.

Descending further, you will discover a spacious second living and dining area, ideal for relaxation or entertainment. Unwind on the plush sofa in this quiet retreat, while the nearby kitchenette offers added convenience, allowing you to easily prepare light meals. The terrace on this level offers spectacular panoramic views of Spinalonga, providing an ideal setting for outdoor dining or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.

For your convenience, private parking is available, and amenities such as toiletries and towels for both the bathroom and the beach are provided to make your stay comfortable.

All areas at Notiko Villa I, including the pool, are private and exclusively for villa guests. The pool maintenance personnel and the villa cleaning team visit twice a week. The pool is cleaned early in the morning, while house cleaning schedules are arranged in consultation with the guests.
